The Triple Room offered spacious accommodations with ample natural light and a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. The pub's cozy bar area, complete with a roaring fire, provided a welcoming atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a long day outdoors.
The church bells chimed throughout the night, disturbing sleep on multiple occasions, which might be bothersome for light sleepers. some noise from kitchen equipment was noticeable at night, possibly due to the thin walls, creating a less than serene environment. Although the location is great for outdoor activities, breakfast service began later than ideal, which conflicted with early morning plans for exploration.

I had a lovely three-night stay, enjoying delicious evening meals and an amazing breakfast every morning. The cozy seating area near the coal fire was perfect for relaxing after a day's adventures. There was a nice quiet spot to lock up our bikes. The room could’ve used a little update, but for the price paid, it was absolutely worth it! 😊

Completing my Coast to Coast Walk at this pub was a highlight. The excellent Wainwright Golden Ale complemented a friendly atmosphere, making for a pleasant evening. the allocated room felt a bit plain and could benefit from some updates, which diminishes the overall experience. Still, the scenic location and welcoming locals made it worthwhile.

Great vibes and tasty brekkie!
We had a fab 2-night stay, the breakfast was top-notch and served with a smile by Tracy! Loved the cozy bar with the locals, made it feel homey. One thing tho, the room got a bit too warm at night. But overall, really enjoyed our chill time there.
